Our Transfer booking policies

1st Baby Seat is on our complimentary (not over 2 years old) and 2nd Baby Seat is 300 baht charge for Van.
Please advise us need of Baby Seat(s) when you make a booking.
Please remark that we are pleased to arrange your airport transfers the latest 2 days in advance of your arrival/departing date.
Please kindly advise if you carry large size or many number of suite cases when you make a booking.

Payment:
Book first and pay later.

We are appreciated for your kind understanding that we accept cash payment only. Kindly pay the amount to our driver when you use our service.
In terms of a round trip transfer booking, please kindly pay a full amount of both ways by cash to our driver at your primary transfer journey.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In terms of cancellation, please inform us by email 2 days in advance of your booking date.
No refund on paid fare when you cancel your booking.
